Hungary has signed a new contract for 800 additional GIDRAN 4x4 armored vehicles produced by Nurol Makina, strengthening Türkiye’s defense footprint in Europe.

Hungary actively deployed the Turkish-made Gidran 4x4—adapted from Ejder Yalçın—in NATO’s largest recent exercise. Local production will increase the fleet to over 400 vehicles, expanding its current number fivefold.

ASELSAN introduced its close-air-defense solution KORKUT 100/25 at DSEI 2025 in London; the system, shown on EJDER YALÇIN, neutralizes mini-micro drone threats with 25 mm ATOM rounds.
