Defense Industry Agency (SSB) President Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün announced that Turkey is now the world’s 11th largest defense exporter, surpassing $7 billion in exports — over half of which went to NATO allies.

ASELSAN CEO Ahmet Akyol announced that over 1,000 engineers applied to return to Turkey to join ASELSAN’s high-tech defense projects — a fourfold increase compared to 2023.

Türkiye’s defense company STM has delivered new units of its domestically developed Wall-Penetrating Radar (DAR) system to the Turkish Armed Forces. The system, which helped save over 50 lives during the 2023 earthquakes, is now enhancing both military and rescue operations.
