The Turkish Armed Forces launched its largest land vehicle procurement since the 1990s. The project includes over 2,000 next-generation armored vehicles, equipped with ASELSAN’s Korhan turret and AKKOR active protection system.

ASELSAN successfully completed a live-fire test within the GÖKTAN project, striking a target with the TOLUN munition. The system enables ground-to-ground precision strikes with full 360-degree engagement capability.

At IDEX 2025, Nurol Makina showcased the extended-wheelbase Ejder Yalçın EWB, featuring enhanced protection and a 12-person capacity. The upgraded Turkish armored vehicle is ready for its first user.

SSB President Haluk Görgün announced that the first mass-produced Altay tanks will be delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces this year, with a total of 85 tanks to be handed over by 2028.

Developed by FNSS, the new-generation armored vehicle PARS ALPHA will enter the Turkish Armed Forces inventory for the first time, offering superior protection, firepower, and mobility.

A landmark agreement was signed between Turkey’s Defense Industry Agency (SSB), BMC, and FNSS for the Next-Generation Vehicles Project. The Turkish Land Forces will receive ALTUĞ 8x8 and PARS ALPHA 8x8 armored vehicles, with deliveries set to begin in 2027.

FNSS General Manager Nail Kurt revealed that a modernization agreement covering 615 vehicles was signed with the UAE. The signing ceremony for Turkey’s next-generation armored vehicle project is also approaching.

MKE is developing a family of short-, medium-, and long-range loitering munitions, with first tests scheduled for March. The 105mm BORAN howitzer will also be integrated onto 4x4 vehicles.
