At the SAHA 2026 International Defense, Aviation and Space Industry Fair in Istanbul, HAVELSAN presented its newly developed unmanned ground vehicle BARKAN 3 for the first time. The vehicle, featuring 250 kilograms of payload capacity, stands out with its autonomous capabilities and integrated UAV management system.

More than 30 systems developed by ASELSAN demonstrated operational effectiveness during the EFES-2026 Exercise held in Izmir. The ÇELİKKUBBE architecture operated in integrated form for the first time, while the KOCATEPE Battle Management System was deployed operationally for the first time.

During the EFES-2026 exercise off Urla, Izmir, Turkey's largest indigenous naval vessel TCG Anadolu successfully completed amphibious landing operations with the Bayraktar TB3 UAV, SH-70 helicopter, and naval infantry forces.

ARMELSAN SAVUNMA, a company specializing in underwater defense technologies, announced that its indigenously developed mine-hunting sonar NUSRAT-1915 has successfully completed sea trials. The system is advancing to the platform integration phase, with initial naval vessel integration expected to conclude by end of 2026.

MKE is actively participating in the EFES-2026 Exercise with a wide range of weapon systems and ammunition developed for land, air, and naval forces. The exercise features the TOLGA air defense system, BORAN light towed howitzer, and various caliber ammunition systems in operational roles.

Developed by Digitest, GATREX is a hybrid counter-drone platform designed to counter FPV and kamikaze drone threats in close air defense layers. The system, equipped with a Gatling gun capable of 3,000 rounds per minute, has completed testing and is now operational.

General Atomics and Saab successfully completed the first flight test of LoyalEye airborne early warning pods integrated onto the MQ-9B UAV.
