The Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) revealed Turkey’s top defense and aviation exporters for 2024. Baykar topped the list with $1.8 billion in exports.

Defense Industry Agency (SSB) President Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün announced that the names of engineers martyred at TAI (TUSAŞ) will live on through three major R&D projects: ZAHİDE, ATAKAN, and CANBAZ.

Developed by TUSAŞ, the ANKA UAV successfully hit its target with ROKETSAN’s L-UMTAS missile from 15,000 feet, marking another milestone for Turkey’s defense industry.

Developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries, ANKA III stayed airborne for 2 hours during its third test flight, reaching 160 knots and 10,000 feet altitude.

Türkiye’s first indigenous helicopter, GÖKBEY, is being tested under diverse climate and geographic conditions to achieve full operational capability.
