The SNR-SİSMİK is a seismic research vessel built by Istanbul Shipyard, designed for a wide range of marine studies including 2D/3D seismic, geophysical, geological, geotechnical, bathymetric, hydrographic, oceanographic, and hydroacoustic research. Equipped with advanced equipment for sampling and data collection, the vessel also features a helicopter platform. It is outfitted with both 4x4 and 8x8 streamer systems, a Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) for geological and oceanographic sampling and measurements, and sophisticated propulsion systems. This vessel is capable of extended sea voyages and conducting comprehensive research operations.
