Under a new agreement between HAVELSAN and Egypt’s Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), joint production of vertical take-off UAVs and unmanned ground vehicles has officially begun in Egypt — marking a strategic milestone in Turkey-Egypt defense cooperation.

HAVELSAN has signed an agreement with UAE-based defense company CALIDUS to develop an advanced simulator ecosystem for the B-250 light attack and trainer aircraft, enabling pilots to master all operational scenarios before entering the cockpit.

At TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland, Türkiye’s first indigenous frigate TCG İstanbul and the modernized TCG Oruçreis were exhibited side by side, symbolizing the nation’s naval modernization and engineering power.

HAVELSAN and Egypt’s AOI signed a strategic cooperation agreement to co-produce sub-cloud UAVs BAHA, BOZBEY, and BULUT, offering cost-effective, region-tailored solutions for the African defense market.

HAVELSAN’s VTOL-capable BAHA, BOZBEY, and BULUT UAVs completed integration tests with ships and USVs; the first deployment will be on Malaysia’s new 99-meter multipurpose vessel.

HAVELSAN is integrating its MAIN Artificial Intelligence Platform into the ADVENT combat management system to enhance decision support, maintenance, and operational processes in naval missions.

After completing comprehensive modernization and ADVENT system integration, TCG ORUÇREİS entered active duty as the most advanced and powerful element of Turkey’s BARBAROS-class frigates.

At IDEF 2025, TÜBİTAK signed eight key cooperation agreements with HAVELSAN, ASFAT, MAM, SAHA Istanbul, and METU, covering cloud computing, cryptology, space materials, and precision guidance technologies.
