Turkish Aerospace Industries is using DSA 2026 in Kuala Lumpur to build on its ANKA success in Malaysia and pursue new cooperation in trainer aircraft and unmanned systems. Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim also visited the TAI stand and signed the full-scale HÜRJET mock-up.

Developed by TAI with national resources, HÜRJET completed 79 planned test points in 18 sorties during low-altitude and high-speed trials conducted in Antalya.

Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün stated that the export of HÜRJET to Spain is not merely an aircraft sale but a comprehensive strategic cooperation package that creates new international opportunities.

Over the past five years, TAI has signed 14 contracts with 7 African nations, exporting ATAK helicopters, ANKA and AKSUNGUR UAVs, and HÜRKUŞ aircraft. Turkish air platforms are increasingly preferred for their reliability and operational capability.
