HAVELSAN’s next-generation business management system KOVAN has achieved its first export success after the military personnel management version was activated at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense.

Türkiye and Azerbaijan have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the defense industry covering governance, R&D, industrialization, and human resource development.

ASELSAN celebrates the 28th anniversary of ASELSAN Bakü, strengthening Türkiye–Azerbaijan defense and technology cooperation through advanced military and civilian projects.

The Turkish and Azerbaijani armed forces will conduct a joint live-fire military exercise titled “Mustafa Kemal Atatürk 2025” in Nakhchivan between June 20–30, further strengthening defense cooperation between the two allies.

Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün announced that attachés will be appointed to 23 countries to act as strategic bridges between Turkish defense firms and foreign users.
