Produced by TUSAŞ, the T129 ATAK helicopter has been delivered to the Turkish Land Forces, enhancing the army’s air combat capacity with advanced technology and maneuverability.

TUSAŞ announced that the National Combat Aircraft will start its engine in 2023, with the first flight targeted for 2025–2026.

TUSAŞ has developed the AI-supported “Hürjet 270” engineering simulator to accelerate Hürjet’s testing and evaluation phases. The system will significantly contribute to the aircraft’s development with real-time scenarios.

Under the Utility Helicopter Program, 109 Black Hawk helicopters will be produced in Turkey under Sikorsky license, marking a major step in integrating Turkish industry into the global supply chain.

Five advanced research projects in defense, aviation and space technologies will be formalized under the Researcher Training Program for the Defense Industry (SAYP). The projects, carried out jointly by TAI, Gazi University and METU, aim to develop critical technologies and train qualified researchers.
