Turkey's defense and aerospace sector achieved 10.9 billion dollars in exports over the past year. NATO members accounted for 57 percent of total sales, while the sector generated 65 dollars per kilogram in high value-added products.

ASELSAN has commissioned a 17,360 square-meter production facility for smart ammunition and underwater systems, completed with a 40 million dollar investment. The facility strengthens manufacturing capacity for air and naval defense systems through advanced robotics and automation infrastructure.
