At IDEF 2025, the indigenous ramjet-powered air-to-air missile GÖKHAN was showcased for the first time, alongside a new agreement between the Ministry of National Defense and TÜBİTAK SAGE to extend its range and capabilities.

Developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE, Türkiye’s long-range SOM cruise missile successfully hit its target during a test using a domestically produced turbojet engine — marking a historic milestone in national defense technology and self-sufficiency.

Developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE, the SOM-J cruise missile successfully struck a surface target during its first test firing from an F-16, showcasing its precision and low radar signature.

Developed by ASELSAN and TÜBİTAK SAGE, the GÖZDE guidance kit successfully struck a fast-moving vehicle from an F-16 using laser designation and ANS/KKS/LAB integrated guidance.

Developed jointly by TÜBİTAK SAGE and ASELSAN, the GÖKSUR Close-In Air Defense System successfully completed its first live firing test at sea aboard the TCG BEYKOZ off the coast of Sinop. The test marks a major step forward in Turkey’s “Steel Dome” layered air defense architecture.

ASFAT and TÜBİTAK SAGE’s HGK-84 guidance kits have been delivered to the inventory, turning Mk-84 bombs into highly accurate, GPS-guided munitions.

Türkiye’s indigenous air-to-air missiles, Bozdoğan and Gökdoğan, have passed critical design verification tests, marking a key step toward operational deployment.

Developed by ASELSAN, ROKETSAN, and TÜBİTAK SAGE, Türkiye’s SIPER air defense system will be delivered to the Air Force in 2024.
