Turkey's defense and aerospace sector achieved 10.9 billion dollars in exports over the past year. NATO members accounted for 57 percent of total sales, while the sector generated 65 dollars per kilogram in high value-added products.

Parliamentary leaders attending the NATO Parliamentary Summit visited Baykar's Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Center. The visit took place a week ahead of the NATO summit in Ankara.

Baykar has signed its first export agreement for the Kızılelma unmanned combat aircraft with Indonesia. The deal covers delivery of 12 units starting in 2028, strengthening Turkish defense industry's position in the global high-technology market.
