IDEF 2021 – 15th International Defence Industry Exhibition, held at TÜYAP Istanbul under the Auspices of the Presidency of Türkiye, hosted by the Ministry of National Defence, and organized under the TSKGV by TÜYAP, is a flagship platform showcasing cutting-edge capabilities across land, naval, air, cyber and space domains. It convenes official delegations, procurement authorities, primes, SMEs and academia for deal-focused engagements.
Building on IDEF 2019—which welcomed 151 delegations (587 delegates) from 70 countries & 3 international bodies, 1,061 exhibitors (481 domestic / 580 foreign) and 76,010 visitors—the 2020 edition scales B2B/B2G/G2G meetings, product launches, platform displays, press events and marina ship visits, converting visibility into exports, co-production and tech-transfer.
IDEF 2020 strengthens Türkiye’s defence industrial footprint, enabling tangible partnerships and global market access.
