The 12th Naval Systems Seminar will be held on 26–27 May 2025 at the Istanbul Naval Museum with the support of the Ministry of National Defence and hosted by the Turkish Naval Forces, with participation from the Turkish Coast Guard Command and the Directorate General of Shipyards.

The opening address of the seminar will be delivered by the Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces, Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Admiral. Throughout the seminar, presentations will be delivered by senior admirals of the Turkish Naval Forces, as well as personnel from the Naval Forces, Ministry of National Defence Technical Services, and the Coast Guard Command.

The seminar aims to provide a comprehensive platform for sharing knowledge and strategic perspectives on naval warfare systems, shipbuilding and modernization programs, maritime security, command-and-control structures, and the development of national defense industry capabilities.
