BREAKING NEWS
The KARA SOJ (KORAL) Mobile Radar Electronic Warfare System, developed by ASELSAN, is designed to neutralize enemy radars. The system comprises Radar Electronic Support (ED) and Radar Electronic Assault (ET) components. It connects via fiber optic cables to detect enemy radar transmissions and uses this information to jam or degrade enemy radars. This system significantly enhances the electronic warfare capabilities of the Turkish Armed Forces by detecting enemy radar emissions.
Radar Electronic Support System (KORAL ED):
KORAL ED is a component that detects enemy radar broadcasts and transmits this information to the Radar Electronic Assault System. It is capable of communicating via fiber optic cables between vehicles up to 500 meters apart.
Radar Electronic Assault System (KORAL ET):
KORAL ET is designed to diminish and confuse enemy radars. With its dual antenna structure, it precisely locates enemy radars and uses modern electronic assault techniques to neutralize them.
KORAL Mobile EW System Control Panel:
The mobile nature of the system, with a range of over 100 kilometers, equips the Turkish Armed Forces with the capability to effectively jam enemy radars.
General Features:
The KORAL system stands out with its high system response speed, wide frequency and directional coverage, modular system design, and adaptability to various environmental conditions. It also features high parameter measurement accuracy and operator-controlled threat identification/jamming capabilities.
Environmental Conditions Features:
The system can operate in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +50 °C, withstand humidity levels of up to 95%, and complies with MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461 E/MIL-STD-464 A standards.
