The Fast Tank Landing Craft (LCT) developed through a collaboration between Anadolu Shipyard and Furtrans, is designed to meet the Turkish Naval Forces' need for rapid deployment vessels. Initiated with a project signed with SSB in June 2009, the delivery of 8 LCTs to the Turkish Navy was completed between March and August 2012. These vessels, coded between TCG Ç-151 and TCG Ç-158, are among the world's fastest in their class with a maximum speed of 18 knots. Equipped with ASELSAN-produced weapon systems and advanced self-defense capabilities, they are designed for transporting tanks, armored combat vehicles, and amphibious infantry over short distances.
