BREAKING NEWS
Türkiye’s innovative defense company Titra Teknoloji, operating under Pasifik Teknoloji, is set to present its two rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, ALPİN and DUMRUL, at VERTICON 2025 in Dallas, USA. Running until March 13, the event is recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious gatherings in the vertical aviation industry, attracting over 15,000 professionals and 600 exhibitors specializing in helicopters, UAVs, eVTOL systems, and logistics technologies.
Titra will exhibit the scale model of ALPİN and the prototype of DUMRUL, highlighting Türkiye’s progress in vertical flight and unmanned systems. The electric-powered DUMRUL weighs around 17–18 kilograms, offers 30 minutes of flight endurance, and is designed for close-range reconnaissance missions. Thanks to its quiet propulsion system, integrated imaging capabilities, and optional weapon mounts, DUMRUL can provide effective tactical support in short-range operations.
Meanwhile, ALPİN, Türkiye’s first fully indigenous unmanned helicopter, boasts a payload capacity exceeding 200 kilograms and can remain airborne for up to nine hours. It features fully autonomous take-off and landing systems and can execute pre-programmed missions, making it highly versatile for both military logistics and civilian operations.
Speaking ahead of the event, Muhammed Selman Dönmez, Member of the Board at Pasifik Teknoloji and Co-Founder of Titra Teknoloji, emphasized Türkiye’s growing presence in the global defense arena:
“As Pasifik Teknoloji, we aim to become a global player by integrating our innovative projects with our vision of internationalization. Showcasing Türkiye’s strength in UAV technologies at Dallas’ VERTICON 2025 is a matter of national pride. ALPİN and DUMRUL represent not only our technological capabilities but also the spirit of innovation driving our engineers.”
VERTICON 2025 will serve as an important platform for Türkiye’s defense industry, boosting international recognition while reinforcing the country’s competitive edge in vertical aviation and unmanned aerial systems.
