This characteristic provides a critical advantage in long-range shooting operations. The variable-caliber capability offers operators flexibility and adaptability across different mission scenarios. The KNT-76 model has been upgraded based on feedback from the field, achieving precise shooting capability up to 800 meters. Both models reflect technologies that have been tested and refined under real operational conditions.

Success at multi-national events like BORAN-8 demonstrates that MKE products meet world standards. Turkish defense industry has made significant progress in the sniper rifle category over the past decade. Previously dependent on external sources for this category, Turkey now meets these requirements through domestic design and production. The BORAN-8 success is a tangible result of this localization effort.
