BREAKING NEWS
KALEKALIP has developed a new generation of suppressors for the KCR, KMG and KMR platforms. These tactical suppressors, the first of their kind in Turkey, are engineered in 5.56mm x45, 7.62mm x51 and 7.62mm x39 calibers to achieve maximum flash concealment and sound attenuation performance. Ultra-compact and lightweight solutions (650-700 grams), significantly reduce muzzle flash and firing noise, preventing operator detection in critical combat environments.
KALEKALIP's monolithic suppressor family employs a single-piece Inconel core designed to reduce sound, flash and propellant gas expelled from the muzzle. This advanced material selection withstands the thermal and mechanical loads of sustained automatic fire while advanced gas flow architecture channels propellant gases forward, reducing backpressure and gas return to the shooter. The system delivers full-auto rated durability for both assault rifle and machine gun applications. Each model is rigorously tested to SOCOM durability protocols, meeting NATO and U.S. standards for field reliability.
Reduced sound and flash signature supports team communication in enclosed spaces and preserves night vision effectiveness. Advanced engineering minimizes dispersion degradation, maintaining accuracy and grouping while keeping point-of-impact shift minimal. These characteristics align directly with special operations and law enforcement concealment requirements. Sound suppression and flash control are operationally critical in tactical operations to prevent position exposure.
Turkish defense industry has focused on increasing localization rates in small arms and ammunition sectors in recent years. KALEKALIP's suppressor series provides an integrated solution for KCR, KMG and KMR rifles, enabling all Turkish Armed Forces weapon systems to operate within a compatible ecosystem. Monolithic core design and Inconel material use demonstrate advanced domestic production capacity. Such developments strengthen defense industry technological independence and operational effectiveness.
Suppressor technology is widely employed in special operations and tactical applications globally. U.S. SOCOM standards serve as reference points in international military practice. KALEKALIP's developed system achieves compliance with these international standards, enhancing export potential for Turkish products. Compared to similar suppressor systems developed by other nations (U.S., Europe), indigenous design and production capacity position Turkey's defense industry ecosystem in a significant competitive position. These products, meeting law enforcement and special operations requirements, are also internationally competitive in the global marketplace.
