The multi-purpose Multicopter project, initiated in 2014 as a collaboration between the university and the private sector, has successfully completed its R&D phase and moved into mass production. This project developed 10 different models of Multicopter-type UAVs for both military and civilian purposes. These models are compatible with various payloads and imaging systems, utilizing a new gimbal system for easy attachment and detachment. The Multicopters, capable of continuous operation for at least eight hours on 220V, can perform 30x optical zoom. Geomatics also offers certified UAV-0 and UAV-1 training by four drone pilots and instructors, approved by the SHGM.
