An agreement between Airbus and Kawasaki Heavy Industries opens the path for adapting the Eurodrone unmanned aerial system to Japan's anti-submarine warfare requirements. The project deepens Europe-Japan defense cooperation while offering a strategic solution for nations needing to monitor extensive maritime zones.

Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias announced that the first modernized P-3 maritime patrol aircraft under the Mid-Life Upgrade program has been delivered to the naval aviation squadron. The delivery, 11 years after contract signing, strengthens Greece's anti-submarine warfare and intelligence capabilities in the Aegean Sea and Eastern Mediterranean.
