Developed to meet the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces, Cobra II is a creation of Otokar. It's an enhancement over the existing Cobra model, offering increased interior space, higher ballistic protection, and superior electronic systems. The vehicle has a carrying capacity of 9 personnel and can achieve a maximum speed of 110 km/h. It can handle 60% steep inclines and 30% side slopes, equipped with a 200-liter fuel tank and an automatic 6 forward 1 reverse gear system. Standard features include rearview and front thermal cameras, climate control, central tire inflation, and ABS braking system. Its modular nature allows adaptation for various roles: troop carrier, weapon platform, CBRN reconnaissance, ground surveillance radar, internal security, ambulance, and command and control vehicle configurations. The amphibious option enables operation on water surfaces.
