After completing comprehensive modernization and ADVENT system integration, TCG ORUÇREİS entered active duty as the most advanced and powerful element of Turkey’s BARBAROS-class frigates.

Turkey will donate the Doğan-class fast attack craft TCG Volkan to the Maldives. After maintenance and training phases, the vessel will be transferred and commissioned by mid-2025 to enhance the Maldives’ maritime defense capabilities.
