TUSAŞ’s HÜRJET program has reached a key milestone by earning Design (DOA) and Production (POA) Organization Approvals under EASA standards — a landmark recognition of Türkiye’s national aviation capability.

TUSAŞ has risen three places to 47th in the Defense News Top 100 list, highlighting its growing influence and consistent performance in the global aerospace and defense market.

Five Turkish defense giants made the Defense News Top 100 list: ASELSAN ranked 43rd, TUSAŞ 47th, Roketsan 71st, ASFAT 78th, and MKE 80th. ASFAT climbed 16 spots.

Developed by TUSAŞ, the ŞİMŞEK K completed its first ground launch using rocket-assisted take-off (RATO), proving its capability for both target drone and kamikaze missions while enhancing operational flexibility.
