Türkiye’s export success with loitering munitions such as KARGU is creating new opportunities for the international marketing of advanced swarm and hybrid unmanned systems.

STM has laid down the first blocks of the Replenishment and Logistics Support Ships it is building for the Portuguese Navy in Istanbul. The project marks Türkiye’s first military ship export to an EU and NATO member state.

Turkey’s domestically developed strike UAVs KARGU and ALPAGU are being exported to a NATO and EU member country. The project includes advanced integration and software capabilities in addition to platform delivery.

During the Fire Power-2025 Exercise in Ankara Polatlı, STM’s autonomous KARGU drone swarm and fiber-optic KarguFPV kamikaze drone were showcased for the first time in full operational form, successfully striking designated targets with precision.

Türkiye’s kamikaze drone KarguFPV successfully struck an armored vehicle with full precision during its first explosive test using an armor-piercing warhead. Developed by STM, the system strengthens its role as a deterrent in asymmetric warfare.

At IDEF 2025, STM introduced two cutting-edge systems — the new KarguFPV kamikaze drone equipped with an armor-piercing warhead and fiber-optic link, and the STM VTOL tactical UAV capable of carrying 10 kg payloads for multi-domain missions.
