BREAKING NEWS
FNSS, one of the leading manufacturers in Turkey’s defense industry, is preparing to deliver its latest innovation, the PARS ALPHA armored combat vehicle, to the Turkish Armed Forces. Under the “Next Generation Vehicles Project” signed between the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) and FNSS, the company will provide PARS ALPHA 8x8 Anti-Tank Squad and Mobile Repair Vehicles, along with four different configurations of the 6x6 variant.
Designed as the 5th generation of the PARS vehicle family, PARS ALPHA represents the pinnacle of FNSS’s 35 years of engineering experience. Developed with insights gained from global users and tailored to address both symmetric and asymmetric threats, PARS ALPHA combines advanced mission systems, modern communication networks, high firepower, and next-level situational awareness — all supported by local subcontractors within Turkey’s defense ecosystem.
Equipped with superior ballistic and mine protection, independent adjustable suspension, and all-wheel drive with multi-axle steering, PARS ALPHA delivers exceptional off-road mobility and tactical flexibility. It is capable of operating in diverse terrain and extreme weather conditions while maintaining stability and crew safety. The 8x8 configuration allows easy integration of various systems, from medium and heavy-caliber turrets to missile platforms, offering unmatched adaptability in the field.
The vehicle’s transportability is another key advantage — PARS ALPHA 8x8 can be deployed via strategic airlifters such as the A400M, C-17 Globemaster, C-5 Galaxy, An-124, and Il-76, ensuring rapid mobility across operational theaters. With this project, FNSS not only strengthens the Turkish Armed Forces’ ground capabilities but also further cements Turkey’s global standing in the defense industry.
