German F125 Frigates to Receive IRIS-T SLM Air Defense System Integration

Germany has signed a contract for the integration of the IRIS-T SLM air defense system onto its F125-class frigates. The agreement between Diehl Defence and the Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support Federal Office (BAAINBw) covers system adaptation and firing tests.
