FNSS designed and manufactured the PARS Scout 8x8, developed under the Special Purpose Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle Project and delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces. The PARS Scout 8x8 is utilized for safe reconnaissance and sample collection in areas containing chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats. The vehicle is equipped with a 12.7-millimeter remote-controlled weapon station and can transport reconnaissance teams under protection. Capable of reaching 100 kilometers per hour on paved roads, the vehicle can traverse 60-degree vertical slopes and 30-degree lateral inclines, overcome 70-centimeter vertical obstacles and cross 200-centimeter trenches. The system features all-wheel steering capability and can operate effectively on muddy and rugged terrain.
