BREAKING NEWS
Türkiye has achieved another significant milestone in its efforts to enhance national capabilities in advanced aerospace and high-speed flight technologies. The ramjet propulsion system developed by DeltaV Space Technologies successfully completed its latest trial at the Sinop Test Center, meeting all performance criteria. This system is regarded as a critical step in the field of high-speed, air-breathing propulsion technologies and marks an important advancement for future supersonic and hypersonic flight platforms.
President of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB), Haluk Görgün, announced via his NSocial account that the ramjet system was developed entirely with domestic resources. He highlighted that the ongoing collaboration between SSB and DeltaV significantly contributes to Türkiye’s strategic goal of achieving full independence in critical technologies. Görgün stated that breakthroughs like this one will shape the direction of future aerospace and defense projects.
Görgün further underlined that this achievement holds strategic value not only for the defense sector but also for strengthening Türkiye’s presence in space technologies. The close coordination between SSB and DeltaV is expected to expand even further, accelerating the development of next-generation platforms in the coming years.
Expressing his appreciation for the engineers and technical teams involved, Görgün emphasized that the successful ramjet test reflects Türkiye’s growing strength in high-technology fields on the global stage. The completion of this test is also seen as a gateway to upcoming hypersonic technology projects, reinforcing Türkiye’s ambitions in advanced aerospace propulsion systems.
