Turkish Aerospace Industries continues to stand out not only with its major defense, aviation and space projects, but also with its strong employer brand and appeal to young talent. According to the results of the “Most Attractive Companies Survey 2026,” TUSAŞ was selected as the company young people most want to work for in the defense industry sector.

The survey, conducted for the 17th time by Realta Consulting, is considered an important indicator of the career preferences and company perceptions of young talent in Türkiye. More than 137,000 people participated in the study, including over 98,000 university students and around 40,000 young professionals.

Participants evaluated companies based on several criteria, including leadership approach, career opportunities, training and development opportunities, corporate culture, salary and benefits, and working environment. As a result of these evaluations, TUSAŞ rose to the top of the defense industry category for the first time and became the most preferred defense company among young talent.

TUSAŞ’s rise as the most attractive company in the defense industry is closely linked to the major national aviation, space and defense technology projects it has carried out in recent years. With projects such as the National Combat Aircraft KAAN, HÜRJET, HÜRKUŞ, ANKA, AKSUNGUR, GÖKBEY and various space programs, TUSAŞ has built a broad technology ecosystem. This makes the company one of the most important centers in Türkiye where young engineers and professionals can work on advanced technologies.
