CANiK, AEI Systems, and UNIROBOTICS, operating under Samsun Yurt Savunma (SYS Group), will showcase Turkish defense industry capabilities at Eurosatory 2026. The exhibition will take place June 15-19 in Paris. Participation is expected to include over 2,000 exhibitors from 61 countries and senior delegations from more than 90 nations.
The product portfolio developed by CANiK spans a broad range of offerings. The pistol family includes NATO-standard production models, with the compact carry pistol PRIME RADIAN, developed in collaboration with RADIAN, making its debut at this scale of international exhibition. Training-focused solutions including MT-X conversion kits suitable for "force-on-force" simulations and associated ammunition will also be displayed.
Machine gun solutions in the 12.7×99 mm class have been engineered for deployment on land and maritime platforms. The CANiK M3 FALCON, integrated into rotary-wing aircraft, features a low-signature M2 QCB suppressor and MECANIK MOxL optical sight system, positioning it among the exhibition's prominent offerings.
The 30×113 mm VENOM LR cannon system, developed by AEI Systems, will be presented as one of the world's lowest-recoil solutions. The system features adjustable firing rate capability and operates seamlessly with both U.S. and European standard ammunition. VENOM LR holds the distinction of being the world's only revolver cannon solution. Its superior integration capability and operational flexibility are designed to address the evolving requirements of modern combat environments.
UNIROBOTICS has engineered intelligent and modular remotely operated weapon systems for exhibition. The TRAKON LITE series, optimized for light land and maritime platforms, will be presented in 12.7 mm variants compatible with Eastern Bloc ammunition (TRAKON LITE/108 and TRAKON LITE/99). The TRAKON 30, developed for mid-size armored vehicles, will be displayed at the CANiK booth and at the stands of leading Spanish and UAE companies. The group will emphasize its mobile and layered close-air defense architecture, a concept designed to provide an effective and cost-efficient solution against the rising threat of unmanned aerial systems.
SYS Group CEO Cahit Utku Aral emphasized that Eurosatory represents a critical platform where global defense trends are established. He noted that the company aims not only to display products but also to develop strategic partnerships and strengthen existing collaborations. Aral stated that defense technology competition is now shaped by speed, innovation, and reliability, positioning Eurosatory as one of the most important international arenas where this transformation is taking place.
