The 9th Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2026) has opened its doors in Qatar, bringing together leading defense industry stakeholders from around the world between January 19–22. Held under the patronage of the Emir of Qatar Şeyh Temim bin Hamad Al Sani and hosted by the Qatari Armed Forces, the event is taking place at the Qatar National Convention Centre. Among the prominent exhibitors, ROKETSAN is drawing significant attention with its wide range of cutting-edge defense solutions.

DIMDEX 2026 is regarded as one of the most important defense exhibitions in the Gulf region, welcoming senior military officials, defense ministers, naval commanders, and industry executives from across the globe. At the exhibition, ROKETSAN is showcasing an extensive portfolio ranging from UAV munitions and anti-tank systems to cruise missiles and air defense solutions, underlining its comprehensive capabilities in modern warfare technologies.

Among the systems on display are the Mini Smart Munitions MAM-C, MAM-L, and MAM-T developed for armed UAVs, as well as the CİRİT Laser-Guided Missile, KARAOK Short-Range Anti-Tank Weapon, OMTAS Medium-Range Anti-Tank Missile System, and LUMTAS-GM Long-Range Anti-Tank Missile System. In the field of air defense, ROKETSAN is presenting the SUNGUR Air Defense Missile System, the LEVENT Close-In Air Defense System, and the MİDLAS National Vertical Launch System. In addition, the ÇAKIR Cruise Missile, KMC Tactical Missile Launching System, and the BORA Weapon System are also featured at the exhibition.

Commenting on the participation, ROKETSAN General Manager Murat İkinci emphasized the strong strategic partnership between Türkiye and Qatar. He stated that DIMDEX represents a valuable opportunity to further strengthen long-term cooperation with Qatar and other regional partners, while also contributing to bilateral relations through defense exports.
