Roketsan, one of Türkiye’s leading defense industry companies, has reshaped its strategic objectives following significant export achievements. At the Strategic Partnership Summit, the company shared its new roadmap with partners, underlining the importance of strong collaboration to sustain success. Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci emphasized the growing momentum of Türkiye’s defense exports, noting that partnerships play a vital role in ensuring long-term competitiveness and resilience in international markets.
During the summit, Roketsan outlined plans to boost global competitiveness by strengthening supply chains, enhancing production capacity, and raising quality standards. The company aims not only to consolidate its domestic leadership but also to climb higher in the global ranking of defense firms. These steps are considered key for Türkiye’s broader vision of achieving independence and influence in the global defense sector.
Highlighting upcoming advancements, İkinci announced that new products would be introduced by the end of the year. Among the most notable achievements was the successful test launch of the ÇAKIR cruise missile and the export of the supersonic air-to-surface ballistic missile İHA-230. These milestones reflect the rising international demand for Turkish defense systems and Roketsan’s expanding export capabilities.
Looking ahead to its 2025 goals, Roketsan is determined to secure a stronger position among global defense giants. These strategic moves underscore Türkiye’s transition from a regional defense power to a globally recognized industry player, reinforcing its growing influence in the international defense arena.
