BREAKING NEWS
ASELSAN, Türkiye’s leading defense electronics company, continues to strengthen its global footprint with a new set of export agreements. In a disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced that it has signed multiple sales contracts with international end users. These agreements cover the export of remote-controlled weapon systems, communication equipment, radar technologies, electro-optical solutions and advanced electronic warfare payloads, with a total value of $153.8 million.
The newly signed contracts underline the growing international demand for ASELSAN’s high-technology defense solutions. Remote-controlled weapon systems, which provide enhanced precision strike capability and improved personnel safety, have become essential components of modern land and naval platforms. Meanwhile, ASELSAN’s radar and electro-optical systems are widely used for surveillance, target detection, reconnaissance and situational awareness operations. The electronic warfare systems included in the agreements further enhance operational capability by disrupting, deceiving or neutralizing adversary communication and radar networks—a critical advantage in contemporary threat environments.
These export deals represent more than a significant financial achievement. They reinforce ASELSAN’s position as a trusted global developer of advanced defense technologies. Countries acquiring these systems will be able to integrate them across various platforms, improving the readiness and operational strength of their armed forces. The contracts also reflect the strength of Türkiye’s defense engineering capabilities, as all systems involved are designed and produced with domestic expertise.
Economically, the agreements contribute to ASELSAN’s expanding international order portfolio, providing long-term revenue predictability and supporting ongoing R&D and production activities. Furthermore, the manufacturing of these high-technology subsystems will generate substantial workload for Türkiye’s domestic supply chain, including SMEs, subcontractors and component manufacturers—thus contributing broadly to the national defense industrial ecosystem.
With these new export milestones, ASELSAN continues to play a key role in elevating Türkiye’s defense industry to a globally competitive position.
