In 1991, in line with a decision by the Defense Industry Executive Committee (SSİK), an organization was established to provide project management, systems engineering, technology transfer, technical and logistical support, and consultancy services to the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Armed Forces in high-tech areas critical to national security.

The engineering expertise and technological know-how acquired through key roles in national defense projects have been expanded through strategic investments.

Today, operations span a wide range of fields, including military naval platforms, cybersecurity, tactical mini UAV systems, radar systems, satellite technologies, command and control systems, certification, and consultancy services.

Through the development of indigenous and critical systems using domestic resources, innovative solutions are also being delivered to meet the needs of Türkiye’s civil public and private sectors.

As one of the largest defense industry firms in the country, it contributes to the global competitiveness of the Turkish defense industry and conducts export-oriented initiatives.

Technology-driven activities in defense are carried out with a focus on Türkiye’s strategic priorities and are being diversified to deliver innovative solutions in sectors such as civil aviation, agriculture, healthcare, and energy.
