Founded in 1985 as a family company by Tayfun Özerbaş in Üzümlü Neighborhood of Beyşehir district of Konya, Özerbaş Makina produced high quality spare parts for the Turkish defense industry with manual lathes with the most advanced technology of the period in the first years. As of 1992, manual machines have been replaced by automatic CNC machines; Thus, the production quality was further increased and maintained. In 1996, a revolutionary move was made and the Interda System Semi-Automatic Shotgun was introduced to the market. This product has been influential on Turkish hunters and the Turkish market for many years. In 2006, TYPHOON TACTICAL, Türkiye's first tactical shotgun, was added with accessories developed with a unique design approach and an innovative breath was brought to the classic shotgun concept.

The company continues its activities in its production facility with a closed area of more than 15,000 m² in Konya Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone. It is located 118 km (approximately 1.5 hours) from Konya Airport by road and 251 km (approximately 3.2 hours) from Antalya Airport, and is close to important transportation networks. In the production line equipped with more than 100 fully automatic CNC machines, more than 100 personnel who are experts in their fields ensure both fast and high quality production of products.

Thanks to the constantly renewed raw material procurement processes and advanced quality control mechanisms, it is aimed to offer products that provide maximum benefit in terms of price-performance to customers. High care and attention are paid in all processes from raw material input to the final product, and ensuring maximum quality in products is adopted as a basic principle.
