NETA Electronics was established in 1987 as an R&D and industrial company. It has been operating for more than 30 years with approximately 150 employees, R&D center, electronic and mechanical production lines, and domestic and international sales organization. The company designs and manufactures products for communication, especially with antenna and RF technologies developed within its structure.
The current product portfolio includes antenna systems for receiving satellite broadcasts in fixed and mobile vehicles such as buses, yachts/ships, caravans, satellite antenna systems that provide two-way communication and professional broadcast receiver systems for broadcasters. With the technology and production infrastructure owned, antenna and communication products continue to be developed.
All products are designed by a R&D center of 23 people. R&D includes disciplines such as RF and antenna, electronic hardware, software and mechanics.
Antenna design; conceptual and analytical design, simulation, optimization, prototyping, measurement and certification. In the developed products, both new products are designed and existing products are improved according to customer needs, taking into account the feedback from the sales and after-sales service teams.
NETA has two separate production lines, electronic and mechanical. All electronic equipment is manufactured in-house by SMT (Surface Mount Technology) method. Mechanical equipment is also produced and assembled in the relevant production line.
Each product produced is subjected to signal and performance tests; The entire production process, from the material to the final product, is recorded and traceability is ensured. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is implemented in order to continuously improve product and service quality. A total of eight employees work in input quality control (IQC), process quality control (IPQC) and output quality control (OQC) units. All processes within the company are regularly measured, analyzed and improved. The company also has a test center for environmental tests in the fields of climatic, vibration, corrosion and impermeability.
NETA regularly exports to more than 30 countries, mostly European countries, including England, Australia, Arab and African countries. A significant part of the company's turnover is obtained from export sales. By being in constant communication with foreign customers, it is aimed to understand their needs and to offer the most appropriate solutions. While existing customer relations are strengthened with regular customer visits and international fair participation, studies are carried out to reach new markets and customers at the same time. The export team is responsible for all processes from the receipt of orders to the delivery of products. Product support is provided by nine employees working within the after-sales service department. Trainings are provided to customers in the field or at the facility in order to increase their technical knowledge level and product maintenance and repair capacity. Service manuals and technical documents for domestic and international customers are regularly updated and shared. After-sales services are not only limited to current products, but also the supply of spare parts for old products that have been removed from production is carried out within this scope.
