Mavinci Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in 2013 by Muhammed Salih Çetin with the aim of making a difference in the national and international arena. Its activities were started in the Gölbaşı Technopark campus, and since 2015, the works have been carried out under the roof of Hacettepe Technopark.

Focused on the development of original, critical and national technology and capabilities; With the contributions made in the fields of security, defense, informatics and industrial application, steady steps are taken to become a leading R&D company in the defense industry.

Mavinci, which stands out with its software development, technical support, field expertise and consultancy capacity, offers effective solutions in operational fields with its expert staff and develops innovative technologies. In this context; Nuclear Safety Research and Analysis, Disaster and Emergency Management, Decision Support Systems, Command and Control Systems, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Security Solutions, Image Processing, Modeling, Simulation and Project Management are developed in areas such as new generation technologies and it is aimed to offer strategic products with network-centered and innovative solutions.

In 2016, TTSO was incorporated to operate in the field of nuclear safety solutions.

In line with the rapid growth process, the company entered the European market through Mavinci UK, which was established in the UK in 2020. In the same year, the Facility Security Certificate, which was issued by the Ministry of National Defense and whose inspections were carried out by the same ministry, was entitled to be obtained, thus obtaining the authority to produce services for NATO in addition to the procurement authority of weapons, vehicles, equipment and all kinds of logistics necessities within the scope of the defense industry of the Turkish Armed Forces.  It also has ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 quality management certificates. R&D activities continue with determination with more than 70 employees and qualified engineering staff who contribute to this success.
