The foundations of Huğlu Hunting Rifles were laid when an elder named Mustafa, who was drafted into the army during World War I, was introduced to weapons during his service in the army. With Mustafa's interest in gun repair, the foundations of shotgun production were established in Huğlu. Thanks to the predisposition of the people of the region to art, handicraft and development, this occupation has become widespread in a short time. Over time, individual repair activities have been transformed into manufacturing. With the effect of the geographical structure, the interest in rifle production spread to the whole town, and with the increasing need for production, it became inevitable to combine these activities under an institutional structure. In this direction, Huğlu Hunting Rifles Cooperative was established on October 13, 1962 with 165 founding partners.
The double-headed eagle, which is the symbol of power and sublimity, has been determined as the symbol of the cooperative by the craftsmen who attach importance to quality and workmanship.
With the establishment of the cooperative, the production processes have been systematized and ordered. The product range has been expanded and the quality has been increased to higher levels every year.
The adventure started with the production of single-break rifles; In the following periods, it was enriched with double, superposed, semi-automatic and shotgun models.
Thanks to the knowledge and production experience gained, it has become one of the structures with the widest product range in the sector.
At Huğlu Hunting Rifles, the main priority in the production processes has always been to provide a safe and stable shooting experience.
All rifles are designed and manufactured to provide maximum efficiency with minimum power loss.
