DEARSAN, as a modern shipyard operating in Istanbul, has the capacity to build 9 ships of different types at the same time with its 126 meters long slipway, 15.341 m² closed shipbuilding area, 15.870 m² open area and 31.211 m² total facility area.

Providing services including the design and construction of military ships and the integration of weapon systems, DEARSAN also specializes in the production of complex commercial vessels such as tugboats, fuel/chemical tankers and fast passenger ferries. Thanks to its facility infrastructure and experienced workforce, it has proven its design, engineering, manufacturing and installation capability worldwide.

DEARSAN has NATO Secret Facility Security Certificate, National Secret Facility Security Certificate, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificate and SASAD (Defense Industry Manufacturers Association) certificate.

Founded in 1980, DEARSAN has undertaken the construction, production, repair and modification of many ships to date. The production of 16 "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boats continues in accordance with the schedule determined for the needs of the Turkish Navy. The design of this 57-meter platform was carried out by DEARSAN, and the "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boat is the first warship built by the Turkish shipbuilding industry. The design and production of the defense systems of the ship in question were provided by the Turkish Defense Industry.
